Born under the sign of motorsports, Dani first raced karts at the age of 9 and from there he continued to improve and show his talent in both Formulas and GTs. In 2011, his relentless hunger for victories led him to win the Formula 3 Macau Grand Prix with the Prema Powerteam and, the following year, to become the winner of the Formula 3 Masters of Zandvoort and the FIA European Formula 3 Champion, flanked by the same team. On the one hand, he continued racing in the GT world from 2013 to 2021 as an official Mercedes AMG driver in the DTM strengthening his career and earning three pole positions, 2 wins and 2 podiums in 2018. On the other hand, he did not give up his passion for open-wheel cars and, in 2013, tested with Williams F1 during the young driver test at Silverstone. He also joined the Sahara Force India F1 Team as a reserve driver for the 2014 season, participating in several Friday practice sessions. 2022 was a very good year for Dani, who became runner-up in the Bathurst 12 Hours, finished third in the Nürburgring 24 Hours, and became GT World Challenge Europe champion and Intercontinental GT Challenge champion. In 2023 he achieved strong results in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Asia Powered by AWS, achieving two first place in Suzuka and Okayama and a P2 finish at Sepang, and in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in GT Pro, where he achieved 3 wins and 5 podiums finishing P2 in the Championship standing. He also participated in some stages of the Intercontinental GT Challenge placing P3 at Indianapolis. His extreme versatility has allowed him to gain time and experience on the track, and now he is ready to tackle the 2024 WEC season with TF Sport in the #82 Corvette Z0.6 GT3.R.
