Blancpain regulars Ahmad Al Harthy and Jonny Adam are joined by European Le Mans Series (ELMS) TF Sport drivers Salih Yoluc and Euan Hankey to make it a four-driver Pro-Am lineup in the #97 Oman Racing Team with TF Sport Aston Martin V12 GT3.
Al Harthy and Adam recently enjoyed a run to second position at Paul Ricard in the Endurance Cup. Combined with a sensational victory at Monza and the runner-up spot at Silverstone, the duo sits atop of the standings with 68 points, eight clear of the #77 Huracan.
Blancpain new-comer Hankey and Paul Ricard runner-up Yoluc are also enjoying fine form in ELMS; leading the championship after taking victory at Silverstone, finishing second at Monza and then third at Red Bull Ring last weekend.

Tom Ferrier, TF Sport Director

“It will be a very strong field again this year, but we have four great drivers with a proven record already in both championships. We’ll be aiming for the best possible result, but the key is to make sure we have a clean race and make the best of any opportunities that come our way.”

Euan Hankey

“Another 24 Hours race, obviously two in one year for a total of three in my whole life. It’s going to one of the hardest I will have done, especially physically as it’s much tougher than Le Mans with fewer straights, more corners. The GT3 racing is ferocious and then there’s the weather as it looks like it will be raining for most the of the week. So, driving in a forest with rain at night is going to be very challenging.”

Jonny Adam

“Spa 24 is arguably one of the hardest events in the world. A lot is at stake points wise this weekend for the championship, so the key is to stay out of trouble and be smart with strategy. This is my sixth Spa 24 Hour race and I feel with my three teammates, the car and TF Sport, we can deliver a strong result come Sunday afternoon.”

Ahmad Al Harty

“Everything went as planned for the test day at Spa, we worked through changes to the car to get the most out of it for all four drivers – in the end, we were all very happy. All of the guys in the team are looking forward so much to the 24 Hour, it’s a challenge like no other in Blancpain but one we’re all ready for. It’s been an incredible season so far, hopefully, we can keep the momentum going at Spa and keep our championship bid on track.”
