2015 was the ﬁrst year of Salih’s racing career, where he took victory in the Dubai 24 Hours. In 2016 with TF Sport he competed in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, ﬁnishing second in the drivers' standings whilst also helping the team to the teams' title.
Salih also competed in the Blancpain Endurance Cup and International GT Open in 2016 recording a further ﬁve wins before stepping up to the European Le Mans Series alongside Euan Hankey and Nicki Thiim. Victory at Silverstone followed before the trio ﬁnished the season a close second in the standings.
Salih returned with TF Sport to compete in the 2018/19 FIA World Endurance Championship Super Season and the 2019 Pro Am class of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, where he claimed the championship crown in TF Sport’s Vantage GT3 alongside Charlie and Ahmad.
Salih’s life-long ambition came true in 2020 when he became the ﬁrst Turkish driver to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The Turkish bronze-graded driver makes the progression to the LMP2 class this season in the #34 Racing Team Turkey entry of the European Le Mans Series.
