TF Sport will make their return to the Roar Before the 24 and the Rolex 24 at Daytona in January, for their opening charge of 2023.
This time round, TF Sport will be supporting IMSA regulars, Team TGM, whose established driver line up, consisting of bronze graded drivers Ted Giovanis and Hugh Plumb, and silver racers Matt Plumb and Owen Trinkler, will take on the twice-around-the-clock battle aboard TF's Aston Martin Vantage GT3.
Having previously raced in Porsche machinery, the Rolex 24 at Daytona will be the first time the Team TGM quad will compete in an Aston Martin. The move to the British marque is being supported by multiple 24 Hours of Le Mans winners, and newly crowned FIA World Endurance Championship GTE Am Champions, TF Sport.
TF Sport will be looking to better their seventh place finish, achieved at their Rolex 24 at Daytona debut in 2021 with Ben Keating, Max Root, Charlie Eastwood and Richard Westbrook.
The Roar Before the 24 will take place on January 20-22, followed by the 2023 IMSA Rolex 24 at Daytona, on 28-29 January.
Tom Ferrier, TF Sport Managing Director - "We are really excited to be partnering up with Team TGM at Daytona 24H. It's such an awesome event and we hope our knowledge of the Aston Martin GT3 can help them achieve a great result and enjoy their move to a fantastic brand!"
Ted Giovanis, Team TGM Owner - "After much thought and due diligence, we felt that TF Sport and Aston Martin gave us the best opportunity for a podium finish in 2023. Although the Aston Martin is new to Team TGM, it's obviously a car that has been very well developed and had much success in sportscar racing. TF Sport has been at the forefront of the race success with Aston Martin, and we couldn't be more pleased to have them join us for the Rolex 24."
